Nuvoda is seeking a Senior Project Manager to complement our Engineering team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for executing our MOB System™ projects. This position has growth and promotion opportunities within an expanding new technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of projects.
- Review of all client specifications in order to meet all project requirements.
- Selects appropriate equipment, materials and vendors to meet customer specifications and develops project/product costing.
- Manages both project budget and schedule.
- Acts as the interface with client operations and project site personnel.
- Directs projects throughout the project execution timeline including participating in customer calls and/or site visits.
- Prepares technical submittals packages.
- Completes installation and start-up project documentation.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in project execution.
- Understands the municipal contracting & project environment.
- Client focused while meeting project timelines.
- Specific experience in biological wastewater systems is considered a strong asset.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail & accuracy.
- Analytical thinker, well-organized and an ability to multitask, prioritize and adhere to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a rapidly growing company, excited to bring an energy and an expectation to be involved.
- Ideally based in the Raleigh NC area but the position can be based remotely.
- Availability to travel to project sites and customer meetings.
Production Manager

Nuvoda is seeking a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee operations of the kenaf production and all associated activities to ensure a high-quality product in a facility area that is safe, clean and organized. The key purpose is to meet production goals through supervision of production personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agricultural production facility, maintaining a clean, organized and safe environment.
- Implementing and ensuring staff follow operational policies and procedures.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of production & warehouse equipment.
- Providing leadership, coaching, and training of staff. Both motivating and, as required, disciplining staff.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of production and warehouse activities including KPI’s, QC documentation and inventory levels.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the processing equipment during daily physical inspections to ensure it is in good working order. Following PM schedules.
- Hire, train and direct production personnel in their various jobs, in ways which promote safety, quality and productivity so that they are maintained at the highest levels including proper use of all PPE.
- Contribute to setting production goals and targets.
- Provide bi-weekly payroll reports and regular progress reports to the HR department.
- Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain all supplies and PPE at acceptable levels.
- Continue good relations with local and regional suppliers.
- Comply with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling and production requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years production management experience in an industrial environment.
- Excellent understanding of production and warehouse management procedures.
- General knowledge of industrial equipment operations and maintenance.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, multi-tasking with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift Operation Certification for employee training.
- Experience in managing inventory, ordering of equipment and ordering of warehouse supplies.
- Reliable and flexible work schedule.
- Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong people skills.
