Nuvoda is a fast-growing environmental technology company, based in Raleigh NC, that is changing how municipalities and industry treat their water/wastewater using an innovative green renewable technology.
Nuvoda is seeking a Process Application Engineer to complement our Process Engineering team. The Process Application Engineer will provide application engineering and technical support for our MOBTM Process projects. This position has growth and promotion opportunities within an expanding new technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews process requirements on small to large projects.
- Selects appropriate equipment sizes and materials to meet customer specifications and develops project/product costing.
- Generates customer proposals utilizing standard tools while also gaining appropriate approval levels.
- Effectively communicates solutions to internal/external customers to ensure proposals are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain CRM funnel to ensure opportunity visibility by field sales team.
- Supports field sales team throughout the sales process including customer calls and/or site visits.
- Prepares and delivers technical presentation on selected subjects.
- Provides process and technical support during trials and project execution.
- Prepares technical submittals packages.
- Is an expert in Nuvoda’s technology portfolio.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
- Some experience with the operation and design of water and/or wastewater systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical thinker, with an ability to translate experience to customer solutions.
- Well-organized and an ability to multitask, prioritize and adhere to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in a rapidly growing company, and eager to learn and grow.
- Excited to bring an energy and an expectation to be involved.
- Some travel (20%).
Regional Sales Manager – Water/Wastewater

Nuvoda is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for our rapidly growing company. This position will work remotely and will be based in the US. This is an opportunity to work with a new technology company and drive new business in the municipal and industrial wastewater industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a geographic territory and achieve sales targets of Nuvoda’s MOB Process.
- Drive lead generation and all follow-up.
- Create new business both through direct selling and also coordinating sales through a representative network.
- Be an expert in Nuvoda’s wastewater technology portfolio.
- Define the needs of the client and develop project proposals.
- Maintain sales pipeline, update & report ongoing results.
- Coordinate and participate in all trade shows, conferences and other sales events.
- Give sales presentations to Engineering Consultants and Owners through on-site meetings, webinars and digital lunch & learns.
- Build on Nuvoda’s strong value propositions then negotiate and close on proposals.
- Communicate wins to sales representative network.
- Make site visits to assess process conditions and determine best solutions.
- Provide input to marketing programs.
- Manage and maintain the image of the Nuvoda brand.
- Develop territory case studies in conjunction with the technical & marketing teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the water and/or wastewater fields. Preference for municipal sales experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of wastewater processes.
- Solid working knowledge of the capital sales process and planning cycles with a history of successfully achieving capital sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Existing Engineering Consultant and Owner relationships within the US municipal business.
- Strategic thinker, analytical, with an ability to translate experience to customer solutions and value selling.
- Well-organized and an ability to multitask, prioritize and adhere to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work in an ever changing rapidly growing company, and eager to learn and grow.

- Work remotely but with significant travel.
